Email meetsy@doubleslash.studio. A human reads it and answers, usually within a working day.
It helps enormously if you include your booking address (the part after meetsy.app/), what you expected to happen, and roughly when you tried. With those three things we can normally find the problem without a long exchange.

Once you are signed in, the Help page in the app covers the everyday questions: availability, templates, booking links and embedding.
Your data
The privacy policy sets out what is stored, what leaves our servers, and how long bookings are kept. To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email the address above.
Something broken?
Tell us even if you have a workaround. A booking page that quietly misbehaves costs someone a meeting, and we would rather hear about it twice than not at all.
